As President of Asylum Records and EVP of A&R at Atlantic Records, he works across studio systems, project development, and multi-team rollout planning. His role spans the artist side and the label side, with a focus on long-term planning and release execution.

Over the past decade, Martin has contributed to major recordings in hip-hop and R&B while building sustainable paths for both emerging and established acts. His work often involves connecting artist vision with structural support — managing the timing, resources, and coordination needed to move a project from idea to release. He is involved across phases, working with production teams, internal departments, and artist management to keep projects aligned and moving.
