DALLAS MARTIN

Dallas Martin works across A&R, artist development, and label operations. He currently serves as President of Asylum Records and EVP of A&R at Atlantic Records, where he leads release planning, project oversight, and cross-team execution. His work spans both emerging acts and established artists, with a focus on building long-term careers through studio structure and strategic rollout.

Over the past decade, Martin has been involved in several major recordings and partnerships that have shaped the direction of commercial rap and R&B. His approach combines creative supervision with operational consistency, supporting artists and teams through all phases of the process.
